Assistance

We use a hosted solution by LogMeIn called GoToWebinar. If you have technical problems, we will do our best to assist you but we can't control software or connectivity issues that you may experience. Helpful links are listed below. Please allow extra time before the event in case of any problems.

GoToWebinar Support

https://support.logmeininc.com/gotowebinar

Please go directly to GoToWebinar (Parent Company is LogMeIn) for any technical support. We subscribe to their solution but do not have any control over the software or connection issues you may be having. The link takes you to a page where you can type in any issue. You can also call their toll free support line at: +1(833) 851-8340.

Continuing Education Program (CEP) Information

Webinars count toward CEP Requirements and specifically the one hour ethics requirement. Keep a copy of the email confirmation for proof of attendance. If you need multiple confirmations for shared registrations, our recommendation is that you create a log sheet for all attendees then provide a copy of the log sheet and confirmation to each attendee. This will be sufficient in the event that any PE is subject to a CEP audit by the Board.
